Beautifully renovated country house in Spain on two floors, situated on a large plot just outside Javea, (1.5km from golf course), which can be easily reached within 10 minutes by car. It offers a lot of privacy and tranquility and has a tenniscourt (paddle) and basketball court on the grounds. The caretaker is available on site for all your wishes, but will make sure you have your complete privacy if so desired. The villa has a large outside kitchen for cooking paella or barbecues, but the inside kitchen has a limited capacity.

This accommodation is let to one family at a time only, but the rental amount depends on the number of occupants and therefore the accommodation is advertised several times with a different number of people and prices.
